A History of Innovation
TillerStack originated from the Mobility division of Condat AG in Berlin, Germany—a renowned software development company founded in 1979 that continues to thrive in the market today.
Condat’s Mobility division was a pioneer in the Mobile Enterprise space, playing a key role in digitalizing field and mobile operations. As early as 2006, the company showcased solutions for mobile service providers, including fleet and service management, car control, maintenance, scheduling, billing, and route planning.
From its origins at Condat, TillerStack was founded in 2018. In January 2021, TillerStack became a part of Epazz, Inc., a technology company led by Shaun Passley, Ph.D. Since February 2025, TillerStack has been a subsidiary of ZenaTech, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed, global technology solutions company, also owned and led by Dr. Passley. ZenaTech specializes in AI drones, Drones as a Service (DaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and quantum computing.
The TillerStack Name
The TillerStack name is both unique and appropriate.
A “tiller” is the lever used to turn the rudder of a sailboat, enabling the boat to be steered with precision. A “stack” is the collection of software technologies that work together in a coordinated way.
